Privacy Policy

How Compass Digital Solutions handles the information you send us through this website.

Draft: not yet in effect.

This policy is being reviewed and may change before it is published. Last updated: To be confirmed: publication date

Who we are

This website belongs to Compass Digital Solutions. Questions about this policy or about information you have sent us can be sent through our contact page.

What you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter for the type of inquiry you choose:

  • your name and email address;
  • your organization, and your role or title for a demo request;
  • what you tell us about your goals, project or question, and a budget range if you choose one for a project;
  • for the grant-development interest list, your agreement to receive updates.

Please share only what we need to start the conversation, and don't include names or personal details of the people your organization serves.

What is recorded automatically

To limit abuse of the contact form, our server uses your internet (IP) address to count how many submissions come from the same place. We do not store your IP address. We store only a one-way, keyed code made from it, together with whether each submission was accepted, limited or rejected.

The form also records whether a hidden field meant only for automated spam tools was filled in, and whether it was sent unusually quickly. These only mark a submission for our review; they don't stop it from reaching us.

We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. Inquiries are visible only to Compass Digital Solutions administrators, who must sign in with a password and an authenticator app.

If you join the grant-development interest list, we also record that you agreed, and the wording you agreed to, so we can send you occasional updates about the platform. You can ask to be removed at any time through our contact page.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a database provided by Supabase, which we use as our database service.
